Hired Attorney Mark Kimball

Mark and his law firm successfully litigated our case and even though we where dealing with an unreasonable opposing party we where able to get the case into mitigation and settle with out going to trial saving us thousands of dollars. Mark's understanding of the law greatly helped our case at a revue hearing the judge called prior to trial and at that time the judge clearly understood our case and clearly took our side. that I when the judge mandated our case to mitigation.

Disorganized, lack of communication, failed to meet the objectives the firm was hired for and their own deadline of contract completion. Took no responsibility for their poor communication, delays and their primary concern was their billing.
