Robert Noone Legal Services - Adoptions is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Beckley, WV. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing adoptions, state adoptions (dhhr or dhr), grandchild adoption and 7 other areas of law.
I have been a foster/adoptive parent for over 7 years. Which means I have dealt with many social workers and lawyers. In my opinion hands down Mr. Noone and his Paralegal Gale are the best you could ever ask for!! They are both very good about updating you and helping you through a process that can be very confusing at time. But, most importantly by the time you reach the adoption stage you have traveled a long journey and you are ready for your child to be with you forever. Mr. Noone and Gail work very hard and VERY quickly to have your adoption scheduled and complete. They also go above and beyond with extra phone calls and paperwork to make your load lighter so that you can enjoy and celebrate this exciting time for your family. I highly recommend Mr. Noone!!
When my family first met Bob and Gayle we knew they were a great fit. Being young and new to the whole process of adoption, my husband and I were nervous. They stepped in and went above and beyond in explaining and also supported us before we were even ready to adopt. I know that they are only a phone call away and will support our family in anyway that is needed. I am so thankful for these two and the three adoptions that we have done together.Thankful for the work and support in the community!
Robert “Bob” Noone and Gayle are amazing to work with. Bob is always willing to answer any and all questions and he makes himself readily available, as is Gayle. They addressed my concerns before I could even ask. They are efficient and thorough. I can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was.

Bob does a great job! Everytime we had a question, he had an answer. He doesn't waste time getting it done. Also, he responded very quickly to phone calls or email. So very thankful we had Bob for our lawyer! Gayle does a great job also! Everytime I called or emailed, she answered or called back immediately. So glad we had her also!
