He was unprepared and lost the case that admittedly could and should have been won regarding an unsafe left turn. It was a very costly loss for me as it put my license into suspension and I was unable to sue the other driver for totalling my vehicle. VERY disappointing. He told me that I could win the case if I took it back to court but that it would cost me more money!
Brad Schrock's conduct was unprofessional. Although slightly helpful at first, he charged me more than what was discussed or asked (and often a repetition). When asked to wait, even though the court matter was 2 months away, he would call and email every day, several times asking to meet. He added more work that was not asked or agreed to, and even went on to "diagnose" me, when he was told of a loss. He used that to suggest he would travel need to travel for hours to meet me and attend an appearance that could be on Zoom, which felt predatory. He would freely include unnecessary details of his personal life for having just met me. I do not recommend his services.
