Mr.Pretto was a great person to work with, he made everything easy and was easy to talk to about the case. I had all but given up hope about finding an attorney to take my case. Many would not even given me a few minutes to talk on the phone. He gave me straight forward answers to any and all questions and concerns as well being able to Communicate with me without feeling dumb.

I think I was a difficult client and Covid complicated the case. Nonetheless, Mr. Pretto knew how to proceed and achieved a settlement that was very satisfactory.

It was always hard to get hold of him for a discussion. Did not seem to be investing much time or effort in our case until the last two days before the court date.
