Hired Attorney David L. Lash

When I met Mr. Lash I was worried and concerned because the bank was coming to take my house. This was my family home where I grew up. Mr. Lash promised to do everything possible to keep my home. Right away I felt relieved that I had someone I could trust on my side. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. After more than a year fighting the case, the bank finally offered a loan modification I could afford. I am very grateful for the work Mr. Lash did.

I hired Mr Lash to help me keep my home after the sudden death of my husband and the father of my 3 young children. . He was thorough , patient, and explained all the legal concepts that I didn't understand. When I would get frustrated he was calm. I could not have asked for a better outcome. My goal was to keep my son in our home until high school graduation in 2017 . I hired Mr. Lash in 2014 and began foreclosure proceedings at that time. The anticipated date of foreclosure was August 2016. Due to Mr.. Lash' vast experience and knowledge in this area of law I will remain in the home through August 2017. I would highly recommend his services. He is professional and polite. His knowledge and confidence were calming.
