I met attorney David Lash three years ago, while he was assisting another client in a foreclosure case. A year later, as an inexperience real estate investor, I got myself into a very complicated situation by purchasing a foreclosed property that had a mortgage lien on it. David Lash was the attorney I called for help. On our first meeting, Mr. Lash explained the process and his plans to guide me through this complicated foreclosure system. With his knowledge and experience in the field, I received the best result I could have hoped for. I trust attorney David Lash with any case in the field of real estate foreclosure.

Working with Mr. Lash has been a very pleasurable experience. Although most times the need for an attorney is not pleasant, Mr. Lash has provided experience and consistency, with precise and thorough details making the experience, quite tolerable. I first contacted Mr. Lash approximately four years ago, in need of assistance on a foreclosure. Subsequently, I have used Mr. Lash for a couple of other legal issues and have always been quite pleased and satisfied with his results. David Lash has been my attorney for almost 30 years. He has helped me through personal injury issues, a divorce, and most recently a real estate matter in NY State. David has been my attorney for more than 20 years. About six months ago, my husband and I had to go to David for bankruptcy. He explained everything in words that were easy to understand. He walked us through every step to make sure all our questions were answered and all our assets were protected. My husband has medical problems and couldn’t go to his office for the hearing so David arranged for him to attend by telephone for our home. He is a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him.

David was excellent to work with and was able to work with two lien holders to help us keep our home. Over the last three years, David kept fighting to help us stay in our home as we all struggled in a particularly upheaval of both the world and housing market. We were able to get our 2nd lien released and get a loan modification from our first loan provider. We would highly recommend anyone who needs foreclosure assistance to get with David for help.

Working with Attorney Lash was amazing. I hired him to stop the foreclosure on a home I inherited that was in default due to another Attorney that gave me misinformation. Not only did Attorney Lash halt the foreclosure, he worked with the mortgage companies Attorney's to set up a repayment plan on arrears. I felt extremely comfortable working with him. He was completely honest with me from the beginning and did not make promises he couldn't keep. I will be forever grateful to Attorney David Lash for saving a home that's been in my family for almost 30 years.

When my condominium went into foreclosure, David Lash helped me through what can be a very difficult process. He was able to keep us in the condo for quite some time, despite the bank pushing for a sheriff's sale. He explains things well and always makes time to answer questions. If the bank has you in the ropes and you are worried you will be put out on the street, David Lash can help.

Mr. Lash changed my life. I was living in stress and fear because I couldn't pay my bills. Also I was embarrassed to be in this situation. Mr. Lash got me totally out of debt with filing bankruptcy. I was so relieved not to have this hanging over my head. He treated me with kindness and respect and he answered all my questions. I am very grateful to Mr. Lash for saving my home that I lived in for 21 years. The bank filed a foreclosure and I tried to defend myself. But it got to a point where I had to hire a lawyer. I was referred to Mr. Lash through Legal Aid. I really think through this pandemic and people being threatened with foreclosure and eviction, Mr. Lash was my angel.
