Mr. Moore is very detail oriented and insures that the client is in tune with the case as it progresses. However, he is not too familiar with Alzheimer patients needs and lack of spontaneous answering capability.
She is slow to respond to details that is needed.
He will tell you one thing on a Monday, and Tuesday tell you he did no say that. He is very rude person.
