What should I do of my car was repossessed and sold at auction I still have a balance of $5000 I called to make arrangements they said no?

There is not much to do. If they won't take your money, there is no way to force them. You should take whatever money you would have paid them and put it in a savings account. They will likely come for payment at some point and maybe you will have the money or a good bit saved up...plus maybe make a little interest off of it.

Can I include dads funeral costs in my bankruptcy?

If you are going to file bankruptcy or going to convert from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7 bankruptcy, then you should include the funeral bills as part of your bankruptcy. You will then no longer be liable for those expenses. However, if you had co-signors such as other family members, they will still be liable for that debt, including "your portion," unless the bill was somehow divided up so that each of you had to pay a separate amount, which is highly unlikely.

My home had 3 feet of water in it from sandy and we were in the middle of chapter 13. Can we still file and rebuild our home

Matthew R. Nahrgang

Chapter 13 is the mortgage and plan payments.  As long as you can continue them, the condition of the home doesn't matter.
