If I owe $45316 on my home, $8000 on my car and $3600 in old debts how much would it be for chapter 13?

In many communities, the court has a flat fee for basic Chapter 13 services, and the attorney can apply for additional fees if there is additional work involved. Unfortunately, none of the information you have posted tells me whether or not the work that needs to be performed for you will be subject to the flat fee (usually $4,200 for a below median income person, plus costs & expenses, such as the court filing fee, credit report, pre-bankruptcy credit counseling, and post bankruptcy financial management class) limitation or whether you will need additional services. Also, based on your numbers, I cannot see why you would be considering any form of bankruptcy.

That depends on whether you reaffirmed the debt as part of your earlier bankruptcy or not and your state law.

If the lawyer filed your Chapter 13, you will need him at the meeting with the trustee. Often times, this is included in the initial fees you pay the attorney. Check with them.
