You cannot, only the lien holders can. See an attorney. Even though you bankrupted they still have their security rights is the property.

You might be able to lower your Chapter 13 plan payment if you can prove to the Trustee you are making less money than you were when you filed the case. You will need to file amended income and expense schedules with the court, and submit a proposed amended plan to the Trustee for their approval.
