Can a personal injury civil suit be included in a chapter 7?

Every debt must be INCLUDED in your bankruptcy. The typical reasons why a debt of this type might turn out to be ineligible to be discharged in the bankruptcy would be if the creditor claimed the damage was caused due to a criminal type of action.

What is my next step to take in my Chapter 13 bankruptcy? How?

Six amended plans and your attorney was suspended. ?I recommend you buy some lottery tickets because you're bound to have some better luck soon. Chapter 13 plans are generally designed to pay the attorney over the life of the plan, so bringing on a new attorney shouldn't be either difficult or expensive. ?You might have the new attorney look into whether the old attorney was grossly incompetent or merely inept, you might be able to get a refund.

Very difficul., Depends if the debtor company has any assets or fraudulently transferred assets. Was this an investment or loan? I assume a loan. Any security agreement?
