Can I do a deed in lieu even though I did file chapter 7 and have been discharged but the house was reaffirmed?

You will have to negotiated that issue with the mortgage company. Since you reaffirmed on that debt, you do have personal liability for it. However, it might be worth it to the mortgage company to charge of the debt.

It depends upon the payment plan within the judgment... read it. However, typically if you miss one payment and are late for a certain number of days they can begin collection proceedings.
