Can you file bankruptcy to keep property and then file motion to dismiss so it won't appear on credit report?

If you file any type of bankruptcy, be it a Chapter 7, Chapter 12, or Chapter 13, dismissing it will not remove it from your credit report. It will be there for 10 years. In addition, doing what you are proposing could be considered a "bad faith" bankruptcy filing and could result in you being penalized with a fine or other repercussions.

It's called the "codebtor stay". Creditors can't collect from or even contact cosigners while the debtor is in Chapter 13.
