All debts, including money judgments are discharged in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. 11 USC 523 specifies non-dischargeable debts. Those debts include alimony, child support, restitution, educational debt and recent taxes. Money Judgments based on fraud or embezzlement are non-dischargeable in some cases.
