I filed a chapter 7, how long do I have before I have to move out?

Have you surrendered the property on the debtor's statement of intention? If not, you should and that way you can eliminate any deficiency. How long you have to stay there will depend on when the property is either sold, or the bank forecloses after the discharge. Its very different in many cases.

If I owe $68,000 to social security, can I still file chapter 13 and include it in?

Bankruptcy will probably not discharge a debt to Social Security. If you are an employer who didn't pay the taxes you withheld from your employees, that debt is nondischargeable. If you fraudulently applied for Social Security benefits, that debt is nondischargeable. If the Social Security Administration accidentally sent you $68,000 involving neither tax evasion or fraud on your part, that debt would be dischargeable.

Can I sue a contractor that recently filed chapter 13 bankruptcy?

This could be a hornets nest. You will need an experienced bankruptcy attorney to review the contractor's bankruptcy filing. Also, many contractor?s are required to post a bond to get their license, so speaking with the contractors board may be useful before talking about an expensive lawsuit.
