Attorney Laaksonen did a very comprehensive job in representing us in a probate matter resulting in an additional $48,0000.00 awarded to us. He prevailed over the opposing attorney and took a great weight off our shoulders.
He really didn't do all that much. Seemed like he just went through the motions and had better things to do. He charged way too much for what he actually did. He did get his job done, but at way too much of a price.
Barely showed up on time for court appearances. Scrambled around at the last minute to talk to the prosecutor. Rendered and charged for services after I explained I had lost my job and had no more money.
One thing about "Wally", he is ONLY there to fill his bank account. Clearly did not act in the best interest of his client. What should have been a simple one step action turned into a money grubbing cash grab for Al. Amazing how after he sucked up the cash and retainers for the fees he dropped the case. The case was solved and closed in ONE STEP after Al was gone. The ONE STEP any ethical attorney with an ounce of integrity and moral standards would have done in the first place. Al Laaksonen is the perfect example why ALL attorneys should be required to have a government regulated agency issued license to practice on top of their "CLUB MEMBERSHIP" into the State BAR CLUB which has absolutely nothing to do with any branch of the state government.
Years ago I used Albert Laaksonen and it was an awful experience! Little to no communication. Always late. Never prepared. Unethical. Rude. Very negative. Extremely expensive. Lost my record and payments! Had to prove with my bank statements! Horrible! Not recommended!
Will take your money and extort you for more then show up at the last minute to coerce you under duress into the worst possible outcome on your case. Don't walk... run away from this attorney for any legal matters! Thankfully I have given these transgressions to the Lord and he'll have to answer to God for it...
