This might be possible, but it would probably be considered an abuse of the bankruptcy system, and your bankruptcy might just be dismissed and the case investigated by the FBI. The changes to the bankruptcy laws in 2005 were meant to curb this type of abuse. On the other hand, they may not pick up on the abusive tactic. It is an interesting scenario and you really do need to hire an attorney and discuss the possibilities.
