Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. is a law firm established in 1989 with an office in Baltimore, MD. At this office location, there are 24 lawyers practicing general practice, corporate transactions, tax and 6 other areas of law.
Brian is thoughtful, responsive, a good advisor, excellent understanding of the law and he has a good connection to the other people in his firm that we may need from time to time. He is also thoughtful about our legal expenses and provide good value for the money we spend. He is efficient, which is something we value highly. He is in effect our corporate legal counsel as we do not have an in-house attorney.
