Stuart represented me in a personal injury case. He listened to me and took care of getting all the necessary records. My case settled for much more than I expected and was finished in a reasonable amount of time. He is an awesome attorney!

I had a car accident and received a concussion and a strained shoulder (two months rehab).I'm in the insurance business but did not have time to deal with the insurer and hired an attorney . Big mistake. They seemed unfamiliar with my injuries and also stated the 'initial offer' was all we'd get. As I stated earlier, besides the shoulder I had a head injury which required 3 office visits (feel free to look up avg head injury claim pay out). I would've done much better handling this myself .

Hired Law Firm

Called to ask a simple question that apparently the paralegal couldn't answer so she transfered me to my lawyer who then proceeded to yell at me everytime I tried to talk. Then when I asked if I could speak he YELLED "Go ahead im gonna stop talking so you can talk" first off you shouldn't yell at anybody for any reason second yoy REALLY shouldn't yell at your clients who are just confused and looking for answers. Then this crap hole office dropped my case because Mark didn't like that I told him not to yell at me and when he kept yelling I told him to "f@ck off" after being yelled at for 10 minutes I was over being nice I just wish I was as rude as Mark and ebony were to me.

Very disappointed. Secretary for my case was rude. Did not want to communicate. When I got upset she called to tell me not to make her mad because she would not work on my case and proceeded to hang up on me

TOO busy did not take time to check and get correct information. Did not gather information. I felt my case was too small for them to give me the representation I needed. Was given poor advice not to provide complete history and times of injuries.
