I did well! I just feel that sometimes I thought that the lawyer did not take importance to my case and I got that feeling, he is a good lawyer.
I hired Mr. Gorski in 2017 for a simple divorce. No assets, no money, no property and as late as 2021 still no divorce. Ten thousand dollars spent. I was required to complete numerous forms with little turn around time that required paperwork in his office immediately, and he did nothing with it! His staff is horrible at answering the phones and no one calls you back I fired him in 2021 and still had not received my divorce. I do not recommend anyone hiring this attorney for any service. He and his staff are a waste of hard earned money and your precious time!
I could give negative stars, I would. I know a scathing reply is coming because I’ve seen previous reviews be childishly challenged (instead of focusing energy on the cases you have backed up) so I’m ready for the aftermath but I don’t care. You’d think someone who has a family and child of his own would respect and understand the importance and fragility of child custody issues but $$$ seems to be all that this firm cares about. After almost three years of incompetence and runaround verbiage, missing deadlines and then blaming my husband for said errors, Mr. Gortsky has removed himself from his case because my husband called him out and hung the phone up. That’s fine. You didn’t do anything with the TWO retainers we’ve given to you totaling around $3,000, (that we’ve never received itimized receipts for) We asked for ONE SINGLE DAY to be changed in the current court order and apparently that is too much for him.
Lost sole custody of my children because Gorski did not file orders within 2.5 months of being paid. Barely responds, was late to court. Unprofessional and rude.
In regards to family law, I have been seeking a divorce for almost three years. I was told Mr. Gorski could handle my divorce for $3,000. To date, it has costed almost &5,000. I told Mr. Gorski that I was on a fixed income. I call his office to see what the status is and I’m being charged but no one calls me back or communicates what is being done. All I need to do is sign a financial paper it gets submitted to the judge an I’m done. It takes three years to get a divorce “Really”.
