About Daniel Kim

Daniel’s journey to becoming Orange County’s top accident attorney began in childhood. Raised with a passion for helping others, he pursued law with unwavering dedication. His career has taken him around the world.

Daniel served with distinction in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 2010, stationed in the largest military jurisdiction in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. As a paralegal in the JAG Corps, he served in Seoul and Iraq and was recognized as the top enlisted JAG member in Asia Pacific.

Nothing to say but great things about Daniel Kim and his staffing. His staff acted with concern, fully listened to my matter and took care of me better than expected. Dealing with my accident has been a challenge but the silver lining has been meeting this staff and the care they provided for me.

I definitely enjoyed working with the Law offices of Daniel Kim. I was injured last year in a car accident and had been arguing with the insurance companies for months on end. They didn't want to do anything about it even though I was not at fault. Thankfully I reached out to Daniel and he was able to provide me safety and talked me through the entire process. Accidents are tough, but after the way mine was handled with a lawyer made me feel so much better. Would go back to Daniel Kim in a heart

I fractured my neck in a car accident. In that time I lost my job, my house, and my car was repossessed. At 43 I ended up moving into my dads basement apartment. I was totally hopeless. But my daughter works for a firm in Philadelphia. So I asked for her help. She referred me to Daniel and told me that it would be as if she were representing me. I feel like this was a miracle. They worked hard on my case and made sure I came out in the other end in the best position possible.

None of the above changed my attorney 3 different times without any updates on that or my case. They deducted 33% of my settlement and medical they said theyll cover... false. They tols me getting a pain management injection alone will give me 5000 and come the day to distribute the check was told by a different attorney thats how much i was to pay for it.... awful service

I dont suggest he's a fraud . Fraudulent locations . He just post his own reviews and pays his staff gift cards to make up fake story's about being paid. Sick dis bar him please. He took along time to settle my case . He only hires illigals etc stay away

Screwed me over. Signed me up with a illigal immigrant on a bike . I dint suggest he has false offices i called everyone . Including state bar :) He has a bunch of fake offices and once you sign up hes gonna send you to providers with 1 star. He does not care
