I worked with Keith Maples 6 years ago with my divorce & again in April of 2012 for custody & support modifications. He & his staff made it as easy as something like this could be. They're very professional & handled my case like I was the only client. Emails are answered almost immediately & phone calls returned promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Even after 6 years, Mr. Maples spoke to me like we had been communicating daily & for me that makes all the difference.
Keith Maples did an excellent job assisting me in clarifying several post-divorce issues. His honest and straight forward style helped me navigate a very complex settlement. He and his staff were responsive and detailed and helped me ensure the issues were dealt with ethically and professionally. He is also an exceptional negotiator with high moral character.
Having used a different firm for my divorce I was looking for a lawyer that took the time to understand my situation and to fight for me rather than just go through the motions. I found that lawyer in Judith Byrant. Judith is extremely professional, and genuinely cared about my family and my children. She gave excellent advice, and turned around my custody situation. I highly recommend Judith and her firm.
For my child custody case I worked with both Judith Bryant and Lea Noelke. The lawyers and their staff gave first class service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking for a strong but fair advocate for their case.

Judy Bryant represented me in my divorce. She was attentive, thorough, knowledgable, and available. She displayed the often elusive "human" side of lawyers. After hours, on her cell phone, she made time to offer me the virtual hug I sometimes needed. Her fees were fair, and many such weekend calls were gratis. My greatest compliment was her consideration of and fairness to my ex. Thanks to Judy's good sense and grace, we are now back together and considering remarriage. Most highly recommended!
Audrey Blair and this firm was very professional, responsive, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me deal with my divorce. They did what they could to help keep expenses down and I believe made a difference on the outcome of the courtroom decision for me. I am very pleased with the services I received from them and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
Their motto: "civility in divorce." Lea Noelke is a consummate professional and a gentleman, who represented me in a dignified manner in a contentious divorce. His 25 years of experience in family law is evident. He knows the law, has seen it all, knows what to do, and the correct timing in which to do it. I am grateful for Lea's thoughtfulness and concern for our children during the process. Lea is thorough, caring and compassionate, as was all of his staff, especially paralegal, Diane Reed.
I have recommended Lea Noelke to a number of people as I would recommend him to anyone for any field. As painful as divorce can be, Lea made things go smoothly, eliminating any extra stress divorce entails. I got a very good and satisfying settlement without much argument with my ex-husband. Lea was fabulous.

The attorney handling my case was frequently unable to respond timely because of her personal matters. The advice she gave often was conflicting with advice she previously gave. There was little follow through on projects. I had to constantly follow up on deadlines. The attorney was not thorough and made careless mistakes in drafting my settlement agreement. The attorney did not take initiative to handle my case in a timely manner.
Sam Colletti is NOT a proactive communicator and he was less than responsive. When I interviewed him initially before hiring him for my case, I explained to him that I needed someone to have my back and to walk me through my case because I’d never been through the divorce or custody process before. He took my case but didn’t work on it in a timely manner. When I questioned why he delayed working on my case, he said he was just too busy and worked on it when he had time. After consulting with a different attorney, at a cost to me, I finally understood the twofold attorney responsibility. Sam Colletti worked the legal side of the case but did not bother to educate me, the client, as to what was happening and what I was agreeing to when signing. Sam Colletti did not educate me and when I questioned him about it, he said he couldn’t answer questions I wasn’t asking. He invoiced me without fail every month without updates on my case unless I asked repeatedly.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
