Mr. Roles was very helpful to include many areas in which I had not thought of to ask about. He covered many areas of the contract for my benefit.
The fees associated to my invoice were grossly inflated and Mr. Roles was unwilling to justify the charges or correct them based on our initial estimates. I would not have hired Mr. Roles had I known how he would handle this case...and I wouldn't recommend his services to others.
Although Mark told us that the bank was negligent in their demands made of us to sell our house, he doesn't have the strength to represent us in a demand to recover monies from the bank that were spend for no reason.
We spend nearly $1800 with Mark to draw up 4 simple documents to appease the lenders, all of which ultimately failed due to the bank's irresponsibility.
I'm sad to say that I think Mark is an opportunist, just like many other lawyers.
I will not use Mark again, ever!
Very disappointed on how this attorney handled my divorce. Poor, poor communication!
My divorce did not go well at all. The communication was poor and my attorney didn't do anything to assist in my favor. This attorney would ask the same questions over and over again because he kept forgetting what I had said. It was difficult to get him on the phone and it took him days just to return phone calls. I was overcharged on telephone conversations because when I looked at my minutes and I looked at his...his were always more minutes than mine. I could go on and on...
Mark was very knowledgable, fast to respond, and did what needed to be done in order to make this experience easy on myself.
