Hired Attorney Ms. Chloe Love

Beware! Affiliated with Horizon HOA a.k.a Keystone HOA recently indicted for fraud. Chloe Love served as the HOA attorney for our condo HOA - One Barton Place Condos - in Austin Texas. We later uncovered her fraud and her role in the scam to defraud our homeowners association. Additionally, Chloe Love negotiated a 1.6 MILLION dollar loan - supposedly for a balcony repair project - to go directly to herself and her business partners/colleagues. Chloe Love is fully aware and an active participant in the decade long fraud against homeowners associations being carried out by Chloe, Joseph Castille, and Lauren Dewilde of Horizon HOA Management and Keystone HOA Management. Chloe Love feeds business to the company and serves as HOA attorney to gain trust of board and HOA while serving only her interests and the interests of her business partners and colleagues. The result is widespread theft andfraud against HOA’s shielded by the lawyer, Chloe love, pretending to represent the HOA interests.
