Chloe Love feeds business to the company and serves as HOA attorney to gain trust of board and HOA while serving only her interests and the interests of her business partners and colleagues. The result is widespread theft andfraud against HOA’s shielded by the lawyer, Chloe love, pretending to represent the HOA interests.
