Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Working with Evans Law Group was painless. Jimmy's experience in law really shines through, and I fully trust his work. What I appreciated most, though, was how responsive he was—always quick to answer any email, text, or call whenever I had a question, which was incredibly reassuring! The rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions about fees or scheduling. I’d definitely recommend this company; they’re fantastic!
The entire team at Evans Family Law Group was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They were responsive throughout the entire process and accessible by e-mail, phone and text for my many questions. I considered multiple law firms when when looking for someone to handle my divorce, but ultimately decided on Evans Family Law Group after a consultation with Jimmy Evans. Jimmy took great care to explain the process and offered a unique approach to handle my agreed divorce.
Jimmy was kind enough to do a last minute Prenuptial agreement for me and my fiancé at a very competitive rate. Was responsive when you texted him and provides you with all sorts of solutions. Give this man a call if you're about to get married.
I worked with Shara MacDonald-Dixon and had a good experience. Divorce is never a cut and dry scenario and is often wrought with pitfalls and other elements of surprise, but we were able to navigate these and hone in on the most important elements and get a positive outcome. I would definitely recommend Shara and her team.
Worked with Jimmy Evans in drafting and finalizing the prenuptial agreement with my wife years ago. We both thought the process was done well, even in a short time-frame as we delayed the prenuptial agreement until a short time-frame before the wedding. Years later, when filing for divorce, I used Jimmy Evans again to handle the divorce. The process was smooth, as painless as it could be, and moved quickly, as per my request. Would highly recommend.
The Attorneys at Evans Family Law Group did a great job. I initially met with Shara McDonald Dixon, she is brilliant and had my best interest in mind from the word go. I wanted an amicable divorce and things went smoothly. When Shara left for maternity leave her team stepped up and got the job done. If I need another attorney I will make sure to call The Evans Family Law Group first.
Mr. Evans and Staffs are very knowledgeable, professional and HONEST. I was new to Austin (moved from Canada in 2022) and have had bad luck with the lawyers on my divorce case. Most of them were dishonest (overcharging for unnecessary hearings, neglect for case preparation and lack of knowledge in military divorce but Mr. Evans showed immediate depth of knowledge in the issues presented and provided honest analysis. I regret that I didn't have a chance to retain him in 2022.
Evans Family Law was extremely professional in handling my case. Kimberley House and Nichole Zapata were helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. They were patient and answered all my questions. The advice provided helped me to make the best possible decisions.
The team at Evans law was very helpful and accommodating. They made our divorce easy and comfortable.
Retained Evans Family Law for my two high conflict Family Law Matters. Jimmy was direct, creative and has a great sense of humor. A bit on the expensive side for me but is thorough. Will retain them again in the future as my cases are not resolved yet.
