The firm is committed to making a difference for the clients God trusts them with in the trials of serious personal injury cases involving dangerous and defective products, vehicle collisions, medical negligence and significant commercial litigation for Plaintiffs on a contingency fee basis. The firm's practice is statewide.

Amber MacIver and her team are absolutely the best! I had an issue arise after my case had settled. Although I ultimately had to pay back more than expected Amber continued to advocate for my cause. This speaks volumes of her integrity and it was clear to me from the beginning that she is just as passionate as i am about trying to keep insurance companies from screwing over people.
