This is the worst firm. They will call and e-mail you to death until your confirmation. Once that's over you can't get a return phone call or email. I've been trying to change to a chapter 7 for a year now.

If you want an environmental attorney filing your bankruptcy, then I would recommend semrad's group/debt stoppers. My advice find a real attorney that specializes in the areas of finance.

you never have the same lawyer and the one you get seam as they don't want to work one lawyer wrote me a letter you need to see it .It like when we get your MONEY we don't want to talk to you . The reason i chose them i heard them on the radio.

Hired Attorney Robert J. Semrad

I filed a chapter 13 in Sept. of 2008 and selected to have the payments taken out of my check, in Aug. of 2009 my job shut down and I had no income. All the money that was being taken out of my check at 200.00 a month did not go toward my creditors. I got a phone call from Semrad in May of 2010 saying that I could file a chapter 7 if I set up a payment plan for three payments of 616.00. I struggle to make those payments with my unemployment check. They keep my cash and made me file a chapter 13.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
