Mr. Jesse Aschenberg was a god sent to my daughter and I. Jesse took on our case when my ex came after me to terminate my adult daughters child support saying she was no longer disabled. She has permanent disabilities and needs the support of both parents to help her live as normal a life as an adult with special needs. Jesse made sure everything was done correctly, on time and provided to the courts in a timely manner. The burden of proof was the responsibility of my ex but Jesse made sure we had everything to back up and support the previous court decision. Jesse's diligence and hard work made it possible for the court to see the case as frivolous and for the court to dismiss the case against us and my adult daughter with special needs continues to receive the much needed child support!!
