My representation with Chase was a great experience. He replied promptly to most emails and when I indicated I was not happy with the 1st offer given, he fought to get me more. The downfall was waiting for the entire process to complete, which took 1 year but was obviously not in Chases control. Would recommend to family & friends.

Working with Bachus and Schanker was a pleasure. They were right on top of everything for me. This included chasing down medical records, billings ĵand negotiating with the insurance company. The whole staff was very helpful but specifically Chase Allen. His negotiation was second to none. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing professional legal help.

My son was hit by a Semi Tractor Trailer. I called Bachus and Schanker from the hospital. Shortly after my call, Kyle Bachus called me. Bachus and Schanker were very thorough in their investigation of the condition of the vehicle that hit my son and the multiples injuries my son received. During the two years it took to close the case there was frequent contact and updates from Kyle and his paralegal, Alyssa Dransfield. I had many questions, their responsiveness and explanations made me feel confident that I had made the right decision in choosing this firm to represent my son .

From the first phone call I knew I called the right place. I spoke with Alle and she was AMAZING! I actually felt like she actually listened and cared about me as a person. Alle then referred me to Olivia and, again, she was absolutely wonderful. Olivia did an amazing job of not only getting all the accident information from me but also reassuring me that I was in good hands. Olivia then referred me to my accident attorney, Yvonne. Just like the women I talked to before, she was perfect! She has helped me understand next steps, answers any questions I may have honestly, and even responds very quickly even though I can only imagine how busy these ladies are. Any advice she gives me is to my benefit and she makes sure that I am empowered to make the best decisions for my health. I was hesitant getting an attorney because I thought I could handle it on my own. These three ladies alone are proof that Bachus and Schanker are actually fighting to help YOU!
