I was blocked by Findley and Edenfield when I requested my $5,000 earnest money back to my family of five dependents, when I told them the house, I was going to buy clearly was a misrepresentation, fraud, and very horrible business ethics standpoint with lack of communication and zero help to the consumer. I am a current 5 year CEO at a small family business, multiple degrees/credits/certificates, work hard labor, honest dad of four, and never experienced such childlike shameful hiding behavior before. Earnest money is not consideration. Earnest money is evidence of good-faith to fulfill a promise not the promise itself because of possible insufficient/misrepresented values from another party/agent, this deems the contract invalid. The property is shown on video/picture/witnesses/legal advice evidence to have many disclosures misrepresented damages throughout the inside and exterior of all buildings, many clear violations. For there to be a voluntary act of good faith
