Alexia was willing to step into a case with my son at the moment when I had no idea what to do or where to turn. It was clear that he was being treated unfairly. Alexia immediately swept in and formed a strong bond with not only myself but my son (which is difficult when dealing with teenagers). She was able to take the emotion (that I could not remove) out of the situation and focus on the facts alone. From the moment that we stepped into the courtroom, it was clear who was running things, it was truly just like television. She had done more research than I had even imagined necessary, with this she was able to prove each allegation. She literally picked apart the prosecutions case piece by piece. By the end of her argument, and her closing arguments there was no arguing what the verdict would be. As an Attorney, her intelligence clearly outdoes most in the area. What meant the most was her fierce kindness, and her dedication to fighting injustice.
I retained Alexia in 2019. Before I could use her services, I no longer needed an attorney. We had one one initial meeting with the retainer and no other phone calls nor emails, etc. When she was informed that I no longer needed an attorney, Alexia did not return the full retainer but instead deducted a large sum and sent an invoice for "research". Odd that she had to research anything since nothing had materialized. I would not hire someone with such poor ethics.
