I enjoyed the quality of the services at Van Siclen Stocks and Firkins. The attorneys are knowledgeable and aggressive, which are the exact qualities that I want to see in a law firm. When an attorney is in court, or is not available to answer my questions, there’s always an available paralegal to step right in and assist me. The staff is friendly and helpful, and all of my emails and phone calls have been responded to in a timely matter. I got exactly what I was looking for.

Things were questionable but I think overall the representation from this firm was OK. It did take over $50K to get them to see that I was telling them the truth. This is a clear example of you being guilty of whatever until proven innocent. Most people do not have the resources to prove their innocence. My issue was not until the end, there was a mistake with the Judgment where a simple fix could happen and then nothing. I understand that we are in the holidays and actions would be slow but the last time that I checked, communication was fast. If you have deadlines, with this firm they may or may not be met.

They scam you for extra money at the end. I was told a firm price if there was no complications. There was no complications and they charged me an extra $600 at the end ? You're already going through alot as is and then they want to come at you for more $$$ when they told you a firm price.

Hired Attorney Chad Eubanks

Chad represents my ex, and I can honestly say he is one of the most disengaged, ineffective attorneys I’ve ever encountered. He appears to have little to no involvement in his own cases—his paralegal does all the communicating, while he sits back and collects fees. Before our mediation, he didn’t even bother to prepare his client or explain what was actually reasonable under the law, leaving the process costly and unproductive. Worse, he signed off on discovery responses that contained blatant falsehoods and unanswered questions, essentially rubber-stamping incomplete work. This kind of negligence not only disrespects the court but also forces the opposing attorney to do extra work—driving up everyone’s costs unnecessarily. If you’re looking for an attorney who will ignore your case and let his paralegal do the heavy lifting while he shirks responsibility, Chad is your guy.

I was referred here by my work CLC program and i have regretted going here ever since. The lawyer i was assigned was extrememly unresponsive to my emails, phone calls, and voicemails. Without notice, my laywer went on vacation without assigning a backup to my case, makng the deadline miss that we had already talked to her about. The office workers are extremely unprofessional, dogs are roaming over the office, and the billing department was completely unorganized. I requested to pay my balan

The short of it is that I retained their services, they failed to provide me detailed monthly billing. They failed to represent me to my standards or to the standards they promised me. They were misleading and wanted more and more money, but had not ONE positive result for me. I lost everything although I provided plenty of evidence on my behalf. I feel I was swindled and would NEVER RECOMMEND this firm or my lawyer, Joseph Baker or Janel Ostrum. CONSUMERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!
