Greg was extremely helpful getting my business set up as an LLC. He gave me a good sense of the expenses associated with one and the types of protection it does or doesn't offer me. He also helped craft legal documents necessary for running our business such as client and vendor contracts walking through each paragraph explaining it clearly. He's a practical lawyer, not overselling services. If he's not sure about something he taps into the rich resources he has in the rest of his firm.

Mr. Lorincz gave us honest expectations and legal representation. He kept the cost vs. time benefit in mind through the whole process. He was able to represent us effectively and handle our case while keeping our immediate financial stress as a priority to avoid any further damage to my company.

Attorney Lorincz was professional, highly knowledgeable, easy to talk to you and reassuring. He was well informed about the issue and well prepared in advance of our appointment (I sent documents in prior to our first visit,) when I arrived. He was concerned, attentive and gave great advice. His correspondence is timely and well written in a professional and concise manner. It was easy to navigate the appointment process and his front office/staff are professional as well.

Hired Attorney Gregory D. Lorincz

I worked with Greg on a particular case on which I had zero idea on what to do. The feeling most of us have. A big company versus a person with no idea. Greg was so informative when he walked me through the entire process. He answered questions, that at first, were not something I thought he was going to care about, but he made the answers seem very relative to what I was talking about. As I started the process and kept hitting obstacles, I already knew about them as Greg, again, had walked me through the entire process. We ended with a great note and I appreciate everything he did. If you are reading this because you, like I, know very little about how to choose the right attorney fit for you. I would give the opportunity to Greg Lorincz as he explains everything in a simple way that allowed me (and you) to understand it. I appreciate a person who can take something and explain it in a way that makes sense.
