Hired Attorney Timothy J. McGahan

Due to a rush to obtain a lawyer for my house sale, I signed on with Timothy Mcgahan of Coogan law office in Attleboro Massachusetts. Once Timothy knew there would be equity from the sale, he found many opportunities to speak with me, email me, call me, etc., despite me instructing him I didn't want the same bit of information delivered to me multiple times, by every means of contact, and by every member of his administrative team. He even ran me down in the parking lot, just to chit chat. I kept trying to leave, he continued to talk about possible mutual acquaintances. I ended up being late to the appointment I was trying to get to. At the closing table, I found out why he was doing that: he submitted a huge bill the took a large portion of my house sale payout. Timothy McGahan is a crooked lawyer. This is a warning to avoid him at all costs.
