Thank you all for the help and professional services you gave me. and also thank you for helping me with this achievement of acquiring my permanent residence. this review is for the Law firm in Atlanta Ga and not this lawyer in particular. I didnt work with this lawyer. I spent over 7k with them and my case got denied, my case got transferred to at least to 5 different lawyers and paralegals during a year and a half. at the end my N400 case got denied because there were missing signatures, and uscis could not find my probation docs. that's unbelievable. and then instead of redoing my case for free or at least giving me a discount because that was the lawyers mistake, they wanted to charge me another 3.5K to redo my case. not a good experience so go with a smaller law firm, even if they charge you the same because you will have a more personalized service. I do not recommend.

I would not recommend this lawyer to my enemy. The lawyer decided to keep my unused $750 to just follow me to my I-130 interview. I have already paid for the full cost of my I-130. He then asked for an additional $750 to just represent me at my interview. The interview date took so long to set up by the USCIS. Every effort by me pleading with him to inquire about my I-130 interview proved abortive. I then hired another lawyer who challenged the USCIS that the I-130 took so long and my new lawyer went through "Ombudsman", which eventually sped up my case and the I-130 was approved. By not following me to the interview, I requested for my money back, but he refused to give it back to me. I have since filed several complaints against him. They are also not up to date on most of my court proceeding dates at their Charlotte office. I was the one that always reminded them of some court dates.
