First of all I want to say "Thanks" for the wonderful work Mr. Proctor did in my case. I want to mention too what during the terrible issues had this case Mr. Proctor always acted with ethic ,loyalty ,dedication and compassion with his client. For this reason , I felt very supporter and protected . Your office is very lucky to have him in your staff. He is the best LAWYER!!!

Highly recommended! I came to this firm after dealing with another lawyer who only wanted to mediate. I was met with compassion and confidence on how to to proceed with my child custody/support issue. My anxiety was eased and for the most part my case was resolved with the requests that I made being granted. After, I dealt with them to settle my invoice and had the pleasure of dealing with Nadia and Lisa. Even after my case was closed they continued to work with me and treat me with compassion.

Took much longer than expected. Not much sense of urgency.

This practice is not concerned about their clients, only their bottom dollar

I hired the firm to help me file for a divorce. The communication was terrible, I had to call/text/email numerous times to get their attention. Response time - from several days to a week after asking a question - repeatedly. However, the invoices they sent me were always on time, they could find time for this! I definitely don't think I got good deal of service for the money I paid. I give them rating of "4" for quality because we won the case, but otherwise it was a frustrating experience.

Retained Randy Sabatini for a simple divorce case in Georgia. Marriage less than 3 years, no children. This firm does the least possible to help settle your case. Randy kept insisting that we are going to go to trial. During mediation, 8 hours of it, I directly negotiated with the mediator without any assistance from Randy. He had no legal strategy or negotiation skills to offer. I settled during mediation without Randy's help even though he charged me $550 per hour for 8 hours. Could have had a better outcome if I had no representation. After that, Randy promised he would have a settlement agreement drafted within 2 days. Took him 1 month. If you're looking for skilled, talented, reliable legal representation, please look elsewhere.

I am filing this complaint against the law firm Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor for what I believe to be unethical conduct and unfair billing practices.- I retained the firm for a custody case and paid over $6,000 in fees.- Despite this, no court date or mediation was ever scheduled, and my case saw no meaningful progress.- When I decided to end representation, the firm charged me $1,445 just to withdraw, despite not achieving any substantive results.- After withdrawing, they added nearly $400 in additional charges, which I believe to be unjustified.- I also recently received another invoice for an additional $400 for the same July case closeout, which was simply for passing documents between different personnel within the law firm.- I formally withdrew from Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor in June 2025, and the judge signed the order permitting withdrawal in July 2025. Despite my withdrawal and the court’s order, I continued to receive invoices in July and August, including additional charge

Terrible terrible communication. Criminal billing. Do not use them BE WARNED. As soon as I fired them, they start billing even more. They literally filed my case and spoke to the opposing attorney maybe twice and now have charged me an ungodly amount for it.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! They use all you money fast and charge you even after you fire them! Awful experience with this company. They have been sending me a bill for 2 years with monthly interest. I've called them and all they want is money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
