Rachel handles my naturalization case. She was extremely detailed. She reviewed my response to the forms with me and explained how the immigration officer would view my initial answers. This process provides me with a deeper understanding of "why" those questions are asked which I definitely will not get by filling the case on my own. I also did a mock interview with Rachel, and it was extremely helpful. I felt supported throughout the whole process.
