He is honest, professional, and a fighter. My legal issue was very sensitive and personal one. I have worked with other lawyers, and this experience was totally different because Danny treated me with respect and never made me feel like he was too busy to address all of my concerns. If you need a lawyer for your business or for a personal problem I would recommend Danny because of his unique style and aggressive manner in which he handled my case

Danny was very helpful in determining the best route of action for my wife and I to take when pursuing of lawsuit. He answered all of our questions quickly and professionally and handled our situation very well. Because of his knowledge we were able to achieve our desired result without even going to court. I would highly recommend using Danny to any of my friends.

Danny is very personable and knowledgeable. If someone can take the most complex problem and explain it in simple terms they truly understand it. That is how Danny is with the work I have done with him, he explained the process to me without making me feel like he dumbed it down. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend his services.

Megan Pettis was the associate “representing me” if you can call it that. Megan not only could never even try to relate to me on a personal level, but was flat out cold toward me through this very difficult process. Multiple times, she said one thing and then switched her stance as soon as the opposing counsel brought it up. She ARGUED against me, her client, in mediation alongside the mediator. We were in this custody battle because my ex-husband showed up to coach my sons baseball team drunk, got kicked off the coaching staff, got a DUI while trying to pick our son up at my house and tested off the charts for illegal narcotics. Somehow, he walked out of mediation with more parenting time and decision making over baseball. Megan Pettis did not advocate for me in the slightest during one part of this process including mediation. I felt completely bullied by her and the mediator and forced to agree to things I did not believe were best for my son (through tears and distress.)

I would caution against choosing Michaela Mericle as your attorney. My experience with her as an attorney was disappointing and costly. I found her communication regarding the legal process to be unclear, which left me feeling left in the dark and unsupported. Unfortunately, errors were made in handling my case, and I was billed for their correction. When I addressed these concerns with Ms. Mericle, her response was defensive, and I felt my feedback was not taken seriously. I noticed discrepancies in billing practices that raised questions about transparency and integrity. It seemed that Ms. Mericle's priorities may have been influenced more by financial gain than by providing effective legal representation and support. I would strongly advise exploring other options for legal representation.
