Hello, The attorney I worked with always kept me abreast of what was going on with my case. She made sure I understood where the case was at that moment and what to expect going forward. She was responsive to all my needs and answered all my questions. She would call back promptly or as soon as she would be available. My attorney was compassionate toward me and made sure the steps to my recovery were working for me and I was pleased with how things were coming along.
So working with John Floyd's lawyers wasn't so great. Like in beginning they was all caring.. but doing the process of me getting healing not one time have they called me to find out if I was doing okay or not numbers of times I had to call them to find out what was going it felt like I was working for them. But in the end my results was okay.
