Hired Attorney Dustin Eugene Davies

This is the first time I’ve had to work with a lawyer and I met several before I finally got to Dustin. He said explained every little detail and made sure I understood everything that was going to on. I always got a call back within that same day as well which was important to me. Him and his team are very upfront and easy to work with. Very thankful to have found him as my lawyer.

I chose to be represented by a firm which values truth and facts, a firm which does not cut corners or take shortcuts, a firm which would act honorably from beginning to end. With each and every one of these requirements, Hasty, Pope and Davies met and exceeded my expectations. From my initial interview through the entire litigation process I have been impressed with the level of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail exhibited by all of the members of the firm, from the front office staff to the partners themselves. Litigation can be a protracted commitment, requiring careful attention to all of the details and variables and an awareness of the actions of opposing counsel. I chose Tom Pope based off a recommendation from a friend. I have never had to use a lawyer before and was unsure of the process and quite hesitant to use one. I do not want to even think about how different my life and my family's lives would be right now if it weren’t for him and his amazing team.

Needed someone to handle the insarance companies when an uninsured motorist hit me in Gainesville. I highly recommend this firm. They were very thorough and professional. I will start by saying that Dustin is trustworthy, compassionate, and truly wants and goes after what is best for his clients. I know because this man fought hard for me for almost 3 years and because of him me and my family are going to be ok. I have never known of an attorney that would fight that hard and that long for the mere fact that he knew the truth and he was not going to give up!
