Jonathan Pope was a God send to my family and me! When my mom was in a serious auto accident we didn't know what to do! The person that was at fault only had state minimum insurance and we were looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical bills! Mr. Pope didn't see much hope of helping us since the defendant was insured. He never gave up though. He got my mom a very fair settlement and walked us through the entire process! Abigail, his assistant, is also amazing!

My name is Patrick, and I was heading home from work on the night of July 9, 2021, when life as I knew it turned up-side down. I was second in line at a stop light and proceeded to pull into the intersection when I was T-boned by an under-aged, intoxicated driver. I was ultimately taken to a trauma center due to the extent of my injuries. My neck was broken, I was experiencing an internal bleed within my chest cavity, and I had 3 broken ribs, and multiple large contusions covering my body. These injuries kept me out of work and required around the clock assistance just to perform the simplest but necessary daily tasks. My wife’s co-worker reached out to us with recommendations for Hasty Pope based on testimonials from others in the community. From the first call, Jon and his team were exemplary in their service to me. Three letters; W-O-W! These guys totally are awesome! I was involved in a car accident involving a 18 wheeler, where my car flipped 3-4 times. LISTEN! They are top quality professionals! Kacie made sure to keep contact even when contact got lost for about a month or so. They were so determined to go after what was owed! And I tell you they did that and more! If nobody else cares, THEY DO! Its like I left the stress to them, lol. Sure enough, im overly satisfied with their kind hearts have done for me. After being in our accident and seeking help with the insurance company, Mr. Pope made things so easy to understand and stress free. We were in constant communication with him and his team. I was rear ended in a car accident in 2023. The wreck resulted in almost $10,000 in repairs not to mention the medical bills and pain suffered too. After receiving a letter from the at fault party's car insurance, I started really reading online about what the implications would be if I signed the letter. Ultimately, I decided to contact a local attorney's office, Hasty Pope. Mr. Pope took his time with all my questions, never making me feel rushed. He was very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. His staff are all just as kind and patient too, answering all my questions expeditiously. Their guidance throughout the whole process made all the difference in my case being successfully settled. All my auto repairs and medical bills were paid off and I even ended up with money left over. I hate that the wreck happened, but I am so very thankful to have gotten to work with Hasty Pope! I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking for honest representation.
