We filed our 485 case with Fragomen and they delayed our process for 3 months staying they are reviewing. They were not responsive and after we got RFE they did not even bother to help us!!!! Very strange! The company we work for had got this lawyer company otherwise we would have cancelled our contract with them for sure! I would not recommend this company for any NIW-EB2 cases! They may pay attention to main applicant case but have not spent a minute on dependents case base on my opinion.
I had very bad experience with Fragomen. The communication was bad not just about the cost of the process also about my case itself. I had to constantly asking about it and they fail on a very easy case. Yo will lose money and time.
I do NOT recommend Fragomen. USCIS issued RFE on our I-485 application. 2/3rd of the RFE notice was saying that our application was submitted incomplete and had incorrect & conflicting information. After seeing the RFE notice, I was thinking like, really Fragomen does such a poor job in filling an application? So I raised USCIS FOIA request to see our 485 application, Yes our application was submitted incomplete and incorrect, some parts of the application was filled using "pen". And the reviewer attorney also didn't find the application was incomplete and had wrong info? At the Boston Fragomen office, seems like the attorneys were so lazy and careless. Fragomen agreed and said apologies for the errors on their part. Seems like they do not want their clients to get green card that easily; and they want to mess up the things very carefully and wantedly, so they can get more work and money. Stay away from Boston Fragomen!! They are very good at making things more worse than USCIS.
Extremely bad attorney. No communication on what they need before filling the case. After RFEed, they started to contact you but would prepare the response on the last day before filing the response. Very bad attitude and service quality.
Paralegal’s do all the work, the only time we had the lawyer himself email us was the initial consultation and sending the costs. Once we paid for their services we never heard from the lawyer himself. They take ages to reply to emails with any questions or concerns. We applied for a K1 visa and got an RFE for documents we provided in the initial application, so the lawyers did not send in all the information we sent them. Do yourself a favour and not use their so called services
Awful awful people... I would never work with Fragomen but for my company which still indulges them.. I had to pay about 700$ for processing my wife's EAD... All they did was lousy clerical work with no consultancy, suggestions or recommendations. Very slow in responding and acknowledging receipt of documents. Waste of time, money and energy.
First of all they will decide whether to file in regular or premium processing. Failed to explain the reason except premium cases are receiving RFE. Lack of proper communication. I always felt insecured while my case was being handled by them.

A.V.O.I.D. They screwed up my Labor certification application twice wasting several years in the process and hurting my career, and were not helpful in fixing the problems they made. I will not recommend these worthless lawyers to anybody .. stay far away!
Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP is a horrible horrible law firm that compounds the challenges of highly skilled immigrants in an already challenging immigration system. You can read more about my struggles, in part as a result of Fragomen's questionable handling of my Green Card application, over here: bit.ly/1Tbj1eM
