Dimeji has a wide-ranging legal background having represented both large and small local, regional, national, and international clients in litigation and transactional matters. He primarily focuses on business and tort litigation, employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, ERISA/employee benefits litigation, and employment contracts, and advises employers with regards to various employment-related issues. Dimeji handles litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts and advises start-up companies with various legal needs, including business formation and employment-related matters.
Dimeji is a member of the Yale Club of Georgia, the Vanderbilt Alumni Association, and the Gate City Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Dimeji has been honored for his employment-related work and named as a Rising Star in Employment Litigation Defense by Georgia Super Lawyers.
