Good attorney for consumers who have had problems with debt collectors. Most will carelessly violate your rights until you hire someone like him. He has zealously represented me in federal court FDCPA & TCPA cases. I'd recommend him to other debtors because he has experience litigating regularly against many of the nation's major debt collection companies and the federal court system.
Mr. Kurz breached both his Fiduciary Duty as well as the Attorney / Client privilege between us and caused me to lose settlement awards totaling $16,500 as well as compromising my appeal efforts. He left the firm that he was with when he represented me without so much as a call or an e-mail. Then afterwards, sabotaged my case by "leaking" an e-mail to another attorney friendly with the defense counsel on my case that stated he felt my case had no merit. He should not be allowed to practice law.
Mr. Kurz violated his ethical and fiduciary responsibilities to me, made patently false statements about my case,breached his Attorney/Client privilege with me and failed to even try to make restitution after causing me to lose almost $17k in settlement awards and seriously compromising my appeal.He was faced with license suspension and sanctions, and in order to save himself, he sabotaged my case by breaching all the above.To date he offers no resolution or restitution. A Menace to the public.
