Hired Attorney Mitchell D. Benjamin

Working with DeLong, Caldwell, Bridgers, Fitzpatrick, and Benjamin was truly an amazing experience. It was my first time retaining the services of an attorney and I found them to be accessible, knowledgeable, and honest. Specifically, Mitchell Benjamin took excellent care of my affairs with a heart for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this office, not only for their expertise but for the care in practicing it.

Hired Attorney Mitchell D. Benjamin

He successfully represented me in an employment discrimination dispute. Mr. Benjamin carefully researched and analyzed all relevant case information, responded immediately to all my questions, pulled in resources when needed, and provided thoughtful measured guidance, and a winning strategy. The time and dedication which he provided resulted in a favorable severance agreement. For his genuine support, professional counsel, and personal kindness during a difficult time, I am pleased to provide my highest recommendation.

Hired Attorney Charles R. Bridgers

Charles Bridgers did a wonderful job helping our nonprofit with a name change and updated articles. For someone who is new to the nonprofit world this service was extremely valuable. Charles even went beyond the scope of the documents requested in helping understand the world of nonprofits a little better.

Hired Law Firm

Working with Mr. Benjamin helped ease my mind about my case. It was only a little unemployment case but by the way he worked on it and worked with myself, you couldn’t tell if I was his biggest client or smallest. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of business law and can explain it so it makes sense to someone who may not be as familiar with legal lingo. I was not nickled and dimed for every email correspondence or phone call. He gladly took time out of his busy day to answer questions or use his office for one of the four appeals I had. We were finally successful but he is a great man, as well as attorney!

Hired Law Firm

Good Morning, My Name is Timothy Drakeford. I was a potential client and was referred by a relative who owns a Attorneys Referral company that refers attorney to potential clients as, as well as takes messages for the attorneys. I was refused by one of your partners because of a “personality issue”. The attorney was out of the office due to Covid yesterday. He made some assumptions relating to a potential FMLA case, and instead of apologizing and clarifying he proceeded to double down on his assumption. He stated that he would be bring on Attorney Caldwell to help with the case. I asked him if it would be ok if I spoke with him, because maybe this is a one off day and he can vouch for this being just that. He said that would be fine and he was sending over document. I woke up this morning to not having received them so I gave him a call. The response he gave me was I decided this is not going to be a good “personality fit”. I was shocked because of the reviews and didn’t even speak

Response from DeLong, Caldwell, Bridgers, Fitzpatrick & Benjamin LLC
We do ask our potential clients a lot of questions. We have to ask questions to learn enough to give good and correct legal advice. We regret any misunderstanding if we did not explain that well. Please feel free to call me (Charles, the Managing Member)
