I got a call from the intake guy saying that we may have a case so I sent him the information. I did tell him I had to wait for some invoices and then I told him when those were there and he only called me back once.

Finally getting ahold of someone a month after we we were told the issue was handled they never sent our claim in. we did however receive our settlement but he took 3.5k after I was told 1.5 He will only call you to ask if you want to sue for more. Don't expect your cash in the 45 days. They hold it. Very friendly at first once you say I do, good luck! Shady operation, attorney was very rude! Better call Saul vibes.
