He was very knowledgeable and respectful.
Paid him over $7,000 for zero communication. I went into court completely blind! I wasn't told to bring any evidence I might have had. He just bent over while taking my money. Then proceeded to send me a letter to never contact his office again after our court hearing.
He was paid a retainer in good faith,made promises of what he would do but only appeared in court 2 out of 4 times. Sent an E-Mail informing client not to contact his office unless it was an emergency....what...he was hired for a child support case. Will never recommend in fact when asked what attorney I recommend John Carson in Madisonville.
If I could rate a 0, I would. Stay very far away from this law office. Not trustworthy and office staff not knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and get lawyers outside of McMinn county where they don't scratch each other's backs for everything. This man is a liar, cheat and should not be in practice. Be advised to steer clear of this law office.
