Kent Silver has had my SSDI case since 2022, two years, and he's still not been able to move it forward. He has never contacted me with specifics as to what I need to get approved. He wrote a vague email that I should submit any records in the future but did not explain why it was denied and specifically what records I could obtain to secure approval. It seems that once my case was denied a 2nd time, he forgot all about me. Never has followed up, I believe it's been over a year and he's had my case for two years. No progress, no details, now, no communication. Disappointing.
Mr.Archibald has taken a case for my family member. It has been 14 years and they still won't settle for workman-comp. She has to call them, they will not call her back and they are rude when she does get to talk to them. I would not recommend Silver & Archibald to anyone except someone who wants to waste time and money.
Mr.Johnson was atty hired, but b/c he had vacation on hearing date, i was given atty who had only been practicing for a few mos.At court,that atty did NOT represent me and let me sit there and relive horrible situations in my life in front of the judge.He never once stood up for me and defended me...it's ALL on the recording.I lost my case and everyone who knows my situation and how firm did me is appalled at my treatment by them.Case has been trying to be appealed for mos now,I am disgusted!
