Hired Law Firm

Patrick Haggard is not only one of the finest lawyers I have ever hired, he is an even better human being. He has superior sensitivity to adopting a style that will be most likely to be effective for his client. He prefers to settle disputes gently, if possible. And, indeed, he is a skilled negotiator. However, in those situations in which require aggressive litigation cannot be avoided, Mr. Haggard is as good as I've ever seen. Simply put, he is the best.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
